I feel like he is responsible for telling everyone who he think the real killer is . He created the monster and he said he " THINKS " he saw his monster . Plus he let loose of this monster and he knows what it's capable of doing so it's pretty much his fault or he should tell everyone who he think is the real killer .
Of course Victor has the responsibility to tell everyone who the real killer is. He's the creator so he should take resposibility for his actions. He should also tell everyone who's the real killer so they can be on the look out like to be aware that the killer is still out there. And also so he can put Justines name to rest and prove her innocence.
I think that Victor DOES have the responsibility to tell everybody who the killer COULD possibly be . Because in his head , im thinking that he KNOWS that it was the monster that had killed william . The reason that i think that it is his responsibility is because he was the reason for that LIVING monster that now walks around their community . & Has done wrong doings for the time beings.
Keilani: In your blog i like how you state that Victor should admit to it , so he can put Justine"s name to rest for her innocence. Because i have never thought of it like that .
victor has a big responsibility to tell ! he knew who it could have been and decided to be quiet about it ! he made someone die when her life could have been saved if he said something ! he should just tell them about the creature ! tell them he saw it. he should man up and face is own creation.

Victor should take responsibility for what he knows. He lead two innocent people to death. the only reason Justine admitted that she was the one that murdered William was because every one was pressuring her into admitting it. She couldn't have the pressure any more so she figured that the only way out was to admit to it. There wasn't even enough evidence to strongly, fully claim she was guilty. i fell that this is all Victor's fault. It all points back to him.
Shauna, Yes, Victor does have a lot to do with this whole case. He is the reason that monster is roaming towns causing harm. That is All Victor's Creation. All fingers pint right bask at Victor!
